Snickerdoodle Protein Bites

Snickerdoodle Protein Bites

1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
2 Tablespoons coconut flour
1 Tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 shake of a salt shaker (if desired)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1-3 (to your liking) squirts of liquid sucralose
1-5 teaspoons of water, add them one at a time until dough sticks together. Each protein powder will require varying amounts of water.

Yields 9 small sized bites.

Nutritional value depends on brands you use.

Mix all of these together in a bowl.  I kneed it together like its dough and make sure all the ingredients get mixed well. Then start adding teaspoons of water and kneed the doughy mix together.  If you put in too much water it gets really gooey and you will need to start over.  Add enough water until you can roll a ball in your hands and it stays in a ball.  I start will rolling the whole batch into on big ball. The oil from the coconut oil will come off onto your hands.

Set bites in a bowl they will all fit in and sprinkle with cinnamon and roll them around, sprinkle them until coated to your liking.

Stick them in an air tight container in the refrigerator for a while and they harden up nicely.  Enjoy!
