Where do you buy the stuff to make low carb grain free foods?

So going low carb, grain free can be a lot of work and you have to buy a lot of new stuff for your kitchen.  I live in NW Illinois near the IA border, so I personally shop at Hyvee for almost all of my ingredients.  You can get almost anything on Amazon.com or if you live in a bigger city that has a Whole Foods or Trader Joes I am told.

Here is my Pinterest board with the staple ingredients for low carb and where I buy them:

I have also collected a lot of the ingredient I use and put them together for you to browse and buy through Amazon.

    Hi Megan,

First off, I came across your site and wanted to say thanks for providing a great diabetes resource to the community.

This hilarious list, 29 Things Only a Person with Diabetes Would Understand, has really resonated with our followers because it provides emotional support and understanding in a comical way, and I thought you might enjoy it as well: http://www.healthline.com/health/diabetes/would-understand

Naturally, I’d be delighted if you share this list on http://typeonediabeticwarrior.blogspot.com/ , and/or on social , especially because they could really relate. Either way, keep up the great work Megan!

    All the best,
