#DBlogWeek - Diabetes Blog Week - Food for Friday

(Posting this late as the end of the week and this past weekend was a bit insane)

Ok this is going to be an interesting post.  Especially since I have gone super low carb.

I will go with yesterday since I haven't eaten supper yet today!


Breakfast. 
1 oz of cream cheese 1.2g carbs
1 oz of sharp cheddar cheeese  .4g carbs
2 egg basically no carbs
1 T heavy whipping cream .4g carbs
Microwave it until done to your liking  
One cup of unsweetened coconut milk with some liquid stevia and sugar free davinci syrup
1-2 cups of coffee with 2 T heavy whipping cream and again sugar free davinci syrup

Lunch.
2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk with heavy whipping cream, sugar free raspberry syrup and some liquid stevia --shaken up in a container and refrigerated  - I think this is like 4 carbs
A salad with sugar free raspberry vinagrette and some cheese sprinkled on top
Two cheese sticks
I also usually have anything that may be left over from the previous day's dinner

Dinner.
Two chicken breasts cooked in organic extra virgin olive oil with 2 cloves of organic garlic and some fresh asparagus cut up. 
I think I may have had some more unsweetened coconut milk
I had a couple pieces of dark chocolate as well
